    高祖武德二年诏曰：大德必祀，义在方册，达久命世，流庆后昆。爰始姬
旦，匡翊周邦，创设礼经，大明典宪，启生民之耳目，穷法度之本原。粤若宣
尼，天姿睿哲，四科之教，历代不刊，三千之徒，风流无　。惟兹
二圣，道济群生，尊礼不修，孰明褒尚?宜命有司立周公、孔子庙各一所，四时
致祭。
