    宋皇二年（１０５０年），仁宗以“兖州泗水县尼丘山崇岗
秀阜，云雨所出”，“挺毓睿哲，为万代师”，封尼山神为毓圣侯，并建专祠
祭祀。后多次修葺，清道光时重建。祠３间，长１０．６７米，宽７．５０米
，七檩四柱前后廊式木架，前出廊，灰瓦硬山顶。祠前两侧各有石碑一通。东
碑为《重建尼山庙记碑》，立于明永乐十六年（１４１８年），张敏撰文，孔
谔书；西碑为《重建尼山书院之记事碑》，立于元至正二年（１３４２年），
虞集撰文，孔克坚书，张起岩篆额。
