    古代凡新入学就读者均需行释菜礼，以芹藻之类祭祀先师，不用牲
牢币帛，是一种从简的祭礼。北齐天保元年（５５０年）始命国子监每月朔日
行礼。清代时，释菜仅具菜、枣、栗三种祭品，各置豆内，祭祀时上香献爵，
每月朔日举行。曲阜孔庙在大成殿、启圣祠、崇圣祠行礼，由衍圣公主献，公
府属官、四氏学师生及孔氏族人随班。
