    位于毓粹门东，始建于明弘治年间，清中期以后毁于火，同治十一
年重建。楼高约１６米，面阔５间，深３间，周为回廊，重檐歇山顶，绿瓦剪
边，前后廊式木架，无斗　。楼下为砖砌方台，高７．２米，南北
长２５．４米，东西深１２．１米，中间辟东西向券形拱门一洞，台南侧设马
道供上下。台上楼内置大鼓，供孔庙祭祀和平时报时用。
