    1945年，东村建立了儿童团，负责站岗，放哨，查路条和宣传等活动，崔同安任
儿童团团长，1949年改儿童团为少年先锋队。50年代中期，少先队活动达到极盛期，
以本村小学为主要活动开展区，参加“小五年计划活动”，开展“共产主义少年儿童”
等项目。辅导员均为学校的教师。
