    公司处于北镇办事处王庄居委会居民区内，位于总公司南1.5公里处，1994年4月
始，属总公司的松散型企业。
    1996年，联宜实业总公司有织布机24台，处于半停产状态，时年联合经营，共同
管理，生产运转正常。1997年初增加1511型44寸布机24台，由高志江担任厂长，属承
包性质， 总公司下达指标。1997年9月归总公司织布总厂管理，实行独立核算，车间
副主任为石海峰，工人64名，产品以涤棉府绸为主，月产量达12万米。
