    1964年毛泽东主席发出“农业学大寨”的号召以来,西关一大队先后多次进行整
地改土。1971年整平土地40多亩；1975年6月,组织部分社员参加了淄城人民公社组织
的在孝妇河东岸菜园村以北至朱家庄北2600米长的造田大会战,完成造田110亩的任务；
1975年秋,大队全体党员干部又分别率领4个生产队的社员平坟整地60余亩。之后对全
大队土地进行了统一整治，实现了土地平整,渠道畅通,旱涝保收。
