    建国前，农业生产工具非常落后。50年代开始农具改革，陆续使用新式农具。60年代
，电动农业机械开始使用，70年代后电力发展较快。农田作业、排灌、植物保护、场
间打轧、农副产品加工等，基本实现机械化和半机械化。1987年，全镇农业机械总动
力达到34879千瓦。农民基本从笨重体力型劳动中解放出来，促进了农村生产力的发
展。
