    1982年，石横法庭建立后，只受理轻微的刑事审判工作。在审判过程中，重事实
证据，重调查研究，严禁逼、供、讯。审判原则是：调解为主，判决为辅。对必须判
决的案件，一要及时，二要准确，三是公正。对典型的刑事案件，报请县法院，在本
地召开宣判大会，以教育群众，震慑罪犯，稳定社会，安定民心。至1987年，受理刑
事案件12起，调解和判决12起。
