    胜利折实公债1950年1月发行。公债按当时小麦、棉花、白布、食油、煤炭5种实
物的平均价值折算，故称折实公债。面额为1分、10分、100分、500分4种。定期5年，
年息5厘。自1951年起，每年3月31日起付息1次。
    经济建设公债1954～1958年发行， 10年期，年息4厘。按照“合理分配，自愿量
力”的原则认购。
