    清代传递信息用马匹，遇有急件日夜兼程。乡村邮差肩挑步行。民国时期，邮件
靠邮差肩挑车推步行。村镇商民邮件靠步递。
    1949年，邮差始用自行车。1960年，邮件全部改用自行车投递。1971年实现投递
轻骑化。50～70年代，县邮局将邮件装袋用客车托运到石横。80年代，县局每日用邮
政专车送到石横，再将当地邮件捎回县城。
