    1982年10月，公社召开第一届科学技术工作者代表大会，建立公社科学技术工作
者协会， 并设公社科协办公室，配专职干事1人。1984年配科协办公室主任，李寿森
任主任。后按行业先后成立了农业、林果、水利、机械、畜牧、食品、蔬菜、建筑等
科协分会。至1987年，共建分会50个，发展会员1123人。
