<p class="docx-p">(1976~1983)1976年10月,“四人帮”反革命集团被粉碎。1977年8月,中国共产党召开第十一次全国代表大会,宣告“文化大革命”结束。1978年12月,十一届三中全会召开。会议作出了从1979年起把全党工作重点转移到社会主义现代化建设上来的战略决策。</p>
<p class="docx-p">十一届三中全会以后,经过拨乱反正,在全国范围内实现和发展了安定团结的政治局面,各项工作逐步走上了健康发展的道路,教育领域也呈现出百废俱兴、繁荣兴旺的大好景象。</p>
