<h3>第十九节堂规务须严肃整齐。除由监督商承总办、总教习</h3>
<p class="docx-p">认真督察外,中学西学各教习均须帮同照料约束。其所教本班学生分住房屋,每日务须轮流稽察一次。如有干犯堂规,沾染习气者,应即量予斥责,并随时告知监督或呈明总办、总教习,以便查明整顿。</p>
