<p class="docx-p">1.分校的基本建设投资和教育事业费,请教育部拨款;</p>

<li>分校的教学、科研和教育行政管理;</li>

<li>为威海市代培所需的经济、政治和文化建设的人才,计划另定;‘4. 为提高威海市的科学文化水平提供科技、文化服务,计划另定。</li>
</ol>
<p class="docx-p">威海市负责:</p>

<li>提供分校基本建设所需要的地皮并承担征地费用,负责学校范围以外的三通,基本建设的施工和地方材料的供应。1990年以前,为分校提供土地300亩,此外,要预留控制土地1500亩;</li>

<li>教职工和家属的落户及劳动就业;</li>
