<p class="docx-p">在深化科技体制改革,积极开拓技术市场的经济活动的同时,大力加强企业化管理和成本核算。自1984年起,陆续制定并执行了项目合同制、项目承包招标制、经济指标分解承包制等项管理制度,对全所创收所得预算外收入,按照 5 : 3:2利润分成原则管理,即所得利润的50%用于建立科技发展基金,30%用于建立奖励基金,20%用于建立职工福利基金。</p>
