<p class="docx-p">按照国家关于科技体制改革的精神,1986年邮电部确定对全国邮电系统科研单位的科学行政事业经费拨款制度进行改革,从1987年起,按 1985 年划转预算基数累计减少30%,按照三年到位原则,到1990年完成其改革任务,并另设行业技术经费科目。本所圆满完成此项改革任务。</p>
