<p class="docx-p">为了建设又红又专的科研技术队伍和专业管理干部队伍,科研所大力加强在职职工的专业技术培训工作。从1980年起,通过各种高等函授、电大、广播、电视以及中等专业学校的在职培训教育,共培养各类邮电高专业技术人员10人;其他各类专业人员8人。另对全所技术人员进行了普及微机基本技术培训。</p>
