<p class="docx-p">科研所重建之时，便将原电信器材三厂机加工车间改为科研所实验工厂。实验工厂下设厂部、钳工班、机加工班、车工班、工艺班（包括印刷电路、电度、喷漆）。1978年又增设电气装配班，不久取消。1980年5月，实验工厂与技术科合并后改称技术生产科。1981年5月，成立结构组。1981年9月划归邮政研究室领导。1984年4月，实验工厂恢复独立建制。1988年7月，实验工厂再度与邮政研究室合并，改称邮政机械研究室。1989年9月，实验工厂成建制划归山东省邮政机械厂，胡振声等19名职工，27台机加工设备，230287.14元固定资产同时划转，原一千余平方米厂房移交省局行政处。</p>
