<p class="docx-p">随着通信技术数字化发展的趋势和方向，科研所决定于1988年7月组建成立微机应用开发研究室，负责组织微机应用软件的开发研究工作。该单位是在原有线研究室的基础上从全所抽调相关技术人员组建并行使原有线研究室职能。研究室下设项目组，具体实施项目开发研究工作。1992年7月，成立山东邮电软件工程公司。1994年底注销，恢复微机应用开发研究室建制。</p>
