<p class="docx-p">(一)管理职能公司成立到2007年6月,公司的政策研究职能部门是办公室,2007年6月至今为发展策划部。</p>
<p class="docx-p">(二)主要工作2009年之前,公司主要是由兼职政策研究专责围绕集团公司政策研究课题开展相关配合工作。2010年始,公司开始组织课题组独立开展与公司相关的政策研究,《关于500kV输变电设备标准运维成本分析研究》、《关于应急管理体系建设的深化研究》、《关于班组对标精细化管理研究》等三项课题列入集团公司政策研究课题计划,并全部完成,达到预期目标。</p>
