<p class="docx-p">证在限定期间内,换回指定种类数值之入口物资,并出具保证书,汇同出口申请书一并缴本部对外贸易处批核,经审核认为保人殷实可靠,并签发许可证后,始得按进字第一号通告一项之规定“向关税机关办理出口手续”。回货如期抵达后,商人得持凭经海关签署原许可证并附同有关证件,向本部对外贸易处请求销保,如出口商以特殊原因致不能如期回货时,准予阐明情由向本部对外贸易处申请展期,经查明属实,给以属期之便利。</p>
