<p class="docx-p">凡已与国外进口商订定贸易契约,并已收到海外开来之信用状,而货物尚未装运出口者,为维持出口商在国外之信誉起见,仍准装运出口,惟各该商行须取具殷实商业银行保证于对外贸易办法公布实施后,按新章履行出口货管理手续。</p>
<p class="docx-p">以上各项,除分令所属遵行外,合行通告,仰各进出口商,一体知照。</p>
