<p class="docx-p">机要通信原属党政机关自办内部通信,1957年划归.邮电局经办。同年4月1日起青岛市邮电局设机要通信科,办理机要通信业务。1970年1月至1973年2月机要通信科曾归属地方党政机关。经办业务分“文件”、“刊物”2类;按机密性质又划分为绝密、机密和秘密3种;按寄达地区分国内互寄、省内(市内)互寄。市内互寄业务仅在1980 年至 1983年期间经办过,投递范围为市内和崂山县。</p>
