<p class="docx-p">及使用部分设备的管理规定[青岛市广播电视局青广局发(1988)4号〕本局各部门:</p>
<p class="docx-p">为适应深化改革的需要,从1988年1月1日起,全局除继续实行经费分灶使用外,还要逐步对全局设备实行企业化管理,实施办法和规定如下:</p>
<ol>
<li>全局按照附表一所列的分配经费,具体部门的数额由各系统再分配。领取支票和报销的签字手续按去年的规定办理(见1986年168号文)。</li>
