<p class="docx-p">该台台址在观海二路68号，1946年2月8日建立，同年4月1日正式播音。1948年11月迁至四方路53号。该台呼号为XLMD，后改为BEK33，周率910千赫，发射功率100瓦，负责人为管泽普，台长袁有为。全台有主任1人、报告员2人、机务员2人、事务员2人。该台广播的主要内容是商业广告，另外还转播国民党中央广播电台的简明新闻、时事述评等。该台播音至1950年底停止。</p>
