<p class="docx-p">物业管理公司是于2002年4月在原后勤保障处的基础上组建成立的,是后勤服务总公司的子公司,现有从业人员47人,其中中高级专业技术人员7人,其他均为有一定专业技术特长的技术工人。公司下设设备维修班、通讯班、供氧班、暖通班、电梯班、污水处理班六个班组。主要负责医院的通讯设备的维护和管理、医用气体安全供给和负压、院内污水处理、冷暖供给、电梯管理和维修、供氧设备、中央空调机组等设备的维修保养。2002年4月,物业管理公司经理为丁焕军(兼),副经理为王宝庆、郭峰杰。2004年2月物业管理公司经理为王宝庆(丁焕军不再兼任)。2006年5月至今,物业管理公司经理为王宝庆。</p>
