<p class="docx-p">1992~1995年,承担青岛医学院营养系本科生实习带教工作。</p>
<p class="docx-p">2006年,参加研究生授课。</p>
<p class="docx-p">2007年,参加研究生教学、预防医学教学、护理本科教学工作。</p>
<p class="docx-p">2002~2006年,承担国家级继教项目1项;2007年承担国家级继教项目和省级继教项目各1项。2005年获得青岛大学自然科学基金1项,2006年获达能科研基金1项。</p>
<p class="docx-p">1956~1998年,发表论文1篇;1999~2007年发表论文26篇,主编论著2部,副主编论著1部,参编论著5部。</p>
<p class="docx-p">为了提高营养人员业务水平,1987年派李元去上海第二军医大学进修,1992年派韩磊去北京协和医院进修。接受院外进修人员12名。</p>
