<p class="docx-p">烧伤整形科自组建以来开始承担本科生外科总论烧伤部分的授课。</p>
<p class="docx-p">1999年烧伤整形科被国务院学位委员会授予整形烧伤外科硕士学位研究生培养点,承担整形外科研究生的教学及临床实习,9年来已毕业硕士研究生10人,现有在读硕士研究生 16人。</p>
<p class="docx-p">在科室正常工作期间,接收外院进修医师,据不完全统计,到目前为止共接收进修医师42名。</p>
<p class="docx-p">建科以来,注重加强学科人才梯队的建设,多次派出医师去北京、上海等地进修学习,支持、鼓励本科医师攻读硕士、博士学位。</p>
