<p class="docx-p">聊城黄河大堤是在原民埝基础上修筑起来的,老堤质量差,土质不一,隐患较多。主要有獾狐洞穴,历史上遗留的军沟、碉堡、藏物洞、宅基、墓坑等,有的堤段基础是堵复的老口门,基础多为深层流沙,并有木桩、秸料,年久腐烂形成隐患。为消除堤身隐患,确保防洪安全,在进行三次大修堤的同时,开展了群众性的捕捉害堤动物、堤防普查、锥探灌浆以及采取多种加固措施,提高堤防抗洪能力。</p>
