<p class="docx-p">本志按照循序渐进的编纂方法,自1983年开始征集资</p>
<p class="docx-p">料,在整理鉴别资料的基础上,于1986年编写出《聊城地区黄河志·资料长编》,广泛征求意见。1989年在资料长编的基础上加工修改,至1990年6月编写出《聊城地区黄河志》初稿,经过评审并进行深加工。经初审、复审后,1992 年 12 月由聊城地区黄河志编委会审定付印。</p>
