<p class="docx-p">长期以来,由于经济法制不够健全,有些企业认为,即然以计划经济为主,按计划办事就行了,有否经济合同无关紧要,有些单位不熟悉经济合同应包括的內容,往往所订合同条款不全,使执法部门无法予以保护;有些单位不讲信用,给双方和国家造成损失;有些单位以感情代替法律,或利用手中权力,把不平等条款强加于人;也有的业务主管机关或上级领导机构以言代法,对下属单位的经济合同乱加干预。针对以上情况,本局逐步开展了经济合同的指导和检查工作,以严肃合同纪律。</p>
