<p class="docx-p">照,对个体工商业进行整顿。1988年3月底,全区一年一次的对个体经营者的验照贴花工作结束,发现有问题的26731户,其中:户 照不符的525户,经营地点不相符的238户,超经营范围的432户,资金和经 营范围不相符的478户,无证经营2055户。对以上商戶分别进行了批评,教育、警告、罚款处理,对无证经营的首先进行工商法规教育,补办登记手续,不够条件的予以取缔。国家规定个体户临时营业执照一年换发一次,正式的营业执照,四、五年换发一次。工商行政管理部门可视形势的需要,要求个体工商业统一换照。本区1984年换发了全国统一的个体工商业营业执照,1988年全国统一又换发一次新的营业执照。我区准备在1989年对个体工商户,个人合伙和私营企业换发新的营业执照。</p>
