<p class="docx-p">1947年9月20日，根据黄河南北革命斗争任务，为加强领&nbsp;导，深入工作，冀鲁豫行署决定在黄河以北设第九行政督察专员&nbsp;公署，又称濮范专署。专署辖濮县、范县、观城、朝城(1949年5&nbsp;月21日南峰县恢复为朝城县)、寿张和阳谷等县。专署机关初驻&nbsp;寿张、阳谷、范县、朝城结合部簸箕营一带农村，1948年春迁驻&nbsp;朝城县城。专员先后由杨节、李坚、王维群(代理)担任。</p>
<p class="docx-p">濮范专署初设秘书室、民教、财政、建设科，工商管理分局、&nbsp;公安局、银行办事处。1948年秋，民教科分设民政、教育科；工商&nbsp;&nbsp;管理分局改为工商科，增设税务局.1949年4月，设立卫生科。</p>
