<p class="docx-p">1982年9月,根据中共中央、中共山东省委的指示建立中共聊城县委党史资料征集研究领导小组,下设办公室,配专职主任,副主任各1名,工作人员3名。</p>
<p class="docx-p">党史资料征集研究领导小组办公室建立后,即采取发函、采访,召集老干部座谈会等方式,搜集资料。1983年4月召开党史资料征集会,邀请曾在聊城县工作过的40多名老同志参加,时间近1个月,搜集到大量的资料。至1985年底,共发函1245 件,出访 295次,访问 294人,征集回忆资料102篇,48万字;采访录音 72盘,约47万字,图片 35 张;</p>
<p class="docx-p">党史人物传记 60篇,约10.6万字;报刊资料摘抄 45 篇,11.5万字;编辑整理资料文章124篇,59.8万字;印发《聊城市党史资料》3期,50.5万字;同时还拟定《中国共产党聊城市地方组织史资料》和建国前《中国共产党聊城市党史大事记》的编写纲要,并对资料开始进行整理和研究工作。</p>
