<p class="docx-p">1956年“三大改造”基本完成后,全县仍存有私营商业户475户。此后,出现了合作商店和小组,经营很不景气。中共十一届三中全会后,合作店、组得到恢复和发展。至 1985年,共有合作店、组330个,从业人员3388人(包括待业青年、职工家属办的商业)。1985年合作店组和部门办的商店社会商品零售额达2801万元,占各类商业社会商品零售总额的9.7%。</p>
