<p class="docx-p">清代邮政多靠徒步运送邮件。中华邮政时期,增用马车、自行车邮运工具。抗日战争期间,政局不稳,邮政陷于瘫痪。1946年筑先县邮政局主要靠步行投递函件。1949年聊城县邮政局有邮运自行车6辆,牲畜2头。1962年增添邮运汽车1辆,1963年撤消。1967年添置摩托车1辆,机器脚踏两用车2辆。1968年复置邮运汽车1辆。1976年邮运汽车增至7辆,另备摩托车7辆,机器脚踏两用车 30辆,自行车84辆。1982年取消机器脚踏两用车。1985年邮运汽车5辆,摩托车11辆,自行车 61 辆,邮件传送机1台,包件收寄机1台。</p>
