<p class="docx-p">本细则自(中华民国七年十一月一日)(大正七年十一月一日)发生效力。但无论何时。依双方之协议。得为必要之修正。或至少在六个月以前。预行知照。得废止本细则。</p>
<p class="docx-p">兹为证明前开各条。各奉本国政府之委任。署名盖章于下。</p>
<p class="docx-p">(中华民国七年十月十日)(大正七年十月十日)在青岛缮就中国文日本文各两份。彼此认为一致。并另附英文译文二份。</p>
<p class="docx-p">交通部顾问 权量青岛守备军民政部递信部长 古贺传吉按本合同系摘录中日两国邮电事务处理办法第四章及第五章其第一章起至第三章因与路电交接无关故从略。</p>
