<p class="docx-p">1985年前,胶县邮电局对新招收的职工采取边工作边学习,以师带徒,订立师徒合同的办法,进行徒工培训。1985年国家劳动部门对新招职工做出了须经就业前培训的规定。</p>
<p class="docx-p">新工人须参加正规的岗前培训,取得上岗、转岗资格,接受一系列的劳动保护常识,安全生产教育及社会主义职业道德教育,经考核合格,方可上岗。对转岗和新调入的人员也须经过培训才能到岗。</p>
