<p class="docx-p">中华人民共和国成立前,长途电话局归部、省管理,市、农话归地方政府管理。1931年5月,冠县成立电话事务所。1934年6月统计,县内有徐刘村等13处通话点。有交换机 2部25门,话机28部。这28部话机中除去13 处农村通话点外,其余15部属市话。1938年抗日政府曾在县城内设立电话事务所,配20门交换机1部。</p>
