<p class="docx-p">冠县地处偏僻,经济欠发达,故海外关系较少。解放后,直至80年代末才有统计资料出现。</p>
<p class="docx-p">冠县邮电局在办理国际业务中,因业务量一直较小,所以自营业收寄,到内部各业务口均为兼职经办。尽管如此,做为开办业务之一,从现行各业务口的规程,到各级举办的业务培训,均把国际业务的学习列为主要内容之一。</p>
