<p class="docx-p">1954年冠县邮电局始有电报数据资料，1954年去报为0.1万份，单项收入0.08万元。至1988年去报达8.09万份，单项收入17.63万元，达到最高峰。而自1989年始又逐年递减，至1996年去报已降至2.34万份，1997年去报降至1.39万份，7年间平均以20%以上的速度递减。其原因就是缘自近年电话的发展，国内国际一拨即通。而且移动通信、无线寻呼、数据通信又相继问世。</p>
