<p class="docx-p">60年代以前，长途线路由聊城长途电信线务中心站（后改称聊城线务站）派驻段线务员分段维护。自70年代以来,长途线路资产权、架设线路和工程施工归聊城线务站,维护、维修由各县局以县界为起止点分段负责。</p>
<p class="docx-p">90年代,聊城线务站又改称聊城传输局。1995年5月,聊城传输局撤销,其资产、人员划归聊城地区局管理。</p>
<p class="docx-p">从此长途线路的维护及维修各县局以县界为起止点,分段负责。</p>
