                             《失业证》办理

    在法定劳动年龄内，有劳动能力且有就业要求的城镇失业人员，应当进行失业登
记。进行失业登记时，没有就业经历的失业人员，须持本人身份证、户口簿、学历证
明和专业技术培训毕(结)业证书及工作岗位需要的其他专项证明。有就业经历的失业
人员，还须持原单位出具的终止或解除劳动关系的证明。
