    具备条件 ①安置残疾人员达到生产人员总数35%以上；②生产和经营项目符合国
家产业政策，并适宜残疾人从事生产劳动或经营；③企业中每个残疾职工应具有适当
的劳动岗位；④有必要的、适合残疾人生理状况的安全生产条件和劳动保护措施。对
安置残疾人员占生产人员总数比例超过10%而未达到35%的企业，经民政部门核实安置
残疾人员比例后，发给有关证明，税务部门审查核实符合减税条件的，可享受相应的
减税待遇。
