    保障金领取程序 保障对象凭《保障金领取证》 和户口簿或户主身份证，到指定
地点领取保障金。指定地点可以是街道办事处或乡镇人民政府，也可以是居民委员会。
对行动不便和年老多病的保障对象，街道办事处和乡镇人民政府应委派专人负责将保
障金按时送达。有条件的地区也可以在银行建立保障对象个人账户，按月将保障金拨
入账户，保障对象每月凭存折到银行领取。
