    食饮具消毒管理 根据食品卫生法的有关规定， 食饮具使用前必须消毒，全市各
级卫生防疫站定期对餐饮单位的食饮具消毒卫生情况进行监测，并定期通报。对食饮
具不消毒而给消费者使用的，可以向有管辖权的卫生防疫站提出检举和控告，依法予
以查处。
