    食品从业人员的禁忌症 根据食品卫生法的规定， 食品从业人员的禁忌症有：痢
疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎等消化道传染病(包括病原携带者)，活动性肺结核，化脓性或
渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍食品卫生的疾病，俗称“五病”。对不按规定调离“五病”
患者的食品生产经营单位，给予警告或处以5000元以下罚款。
