    孤东围海大堤 胜利油田为实施海油陆采修筑的退海造陆工程。1985年4月修建，
1988年7月建成。 海堤南起黄河入海口，北至桩西北渤海之中，全长80多公里，底宽
38米，顶宽10米，高5米，青石或砼预制件护坡，堤顶为柏油路。共围海造陆500平方
公里，建成了孤东、桩西等油田。站在堤上了望，海堤如一条巨龙蜿蜒于海岸线上；
堤内新淤地上井架林立，抽油机(俗称“磕头机”)此起彼伏；堤外碧波万顷间渔帆点
点，钻井平台巍然耸立。
