                           产品质量检验工作规范

    工作内容包括定期监督、日常监督、委托检验、其他检验。定期、日常监督检查
经过加工、制作，用于销售的产品。委托检验和其他检验需无偿提供足量样品和检验
依据。 办理程序为：客户送样或抽样-综合室办理有关手续-检验室检验-出具报告，
有关人员签字，综合室盖章、登记、发出。办理时限：定期监督、日常监督按上级有
关文件规定执行，委托检验、其他检验按预约时限完成。
